I will be reading many books this year, and the second one is “If I could tell you just one thing…” by Richard Reed. Some of the world’s most remarkable people share their most valuable pieces of wisdom. As a fanatical tennis fan, I pick one. “Always believe that when you apply yourself, you can achieve anything…don’t forget, natural ability will only get you so far, there is no substitute for practice”, Andy Murray.  We can take from this that when training our staff, they may require further guidance and coaching.
